On The Ballot – August 4th – Missouri Constitutional Amendments

The following is the taken directly from the Ballot that I will be handed when I go to vote. I have reformated the text, removed the Yes/No voter blocks, and I have removed the Primary ballot information. This is only the Constitutional Amendment information from the Ballot.

DOJ Files Lawsuit to Stop California and Virgina Gun Bans

The Department of Justice today filed two lawsuits, one against California and one against the Commonwealth of Virginia, citing their recently enacted gun laws were unconsttitutional and violate the Second Amendment Rights of their Citizens. Hopefully, these won’t get drug forever through the court system.

Kansas Bans Kratom / 7-OH

Effective July 1, 2026 it becomes a FELONY to possess or distribute Kratom or 7-OH within the State of Kansas. It is being cited by Kansas law makers as a dangerous drug.
