The following is the taken directly from the Ballot that I will be handed when I go to vote. I have reformated the text, removed the Yes/No voter blocks, and I have removed the Primary ballot information. This is only the Constitutional Amendment information from the Ballot.

The Department of Justice today filed two lawsuits, one against California and one against the Commonwealth of Virginia, citing their recently enacted gun laws were unconsttitutional and violate the Second Amendment Rights of their Citizens. Hopefully, these won’t get drug forever through the court system.

Effective July 1, 2026 it becomes a FELONY to possess or distribute Kratom or 7-OH within the State of Kansas. It is being cited by Kansas law makers as a dangerous drug. They join other States and Counties around the United States in either making the drug illegal or putting age restrictions on it’s use. But what is Kratom / 7-OH?

The SAVE Act (Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act) is a proposed federal bill that would require Americans to provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled in United States v. Hemani that the federal government cannot automatically strip an individual of their gun rights solely because they use marijuana, narrowing a long-standing federal ban on firearm ownership by controlled substance users.
